Angela Swenson

Angela Brown Swenson has been a practicing attorney since 2002.

She focuses on family law, including divorce, paternity, child support, appeals, adoption, step-parent adoption and child custody matters, but also practices in probate, guardianship, and unemployment insurance appeals.

Angela is licensed to practice in Indiana and Florida. She is a Registered Family Law Mediator, a Parenting Coordinator and serves as a Guardian ad Litem in Hamilton and Marion County.

Prior to opening her law firm in Indiana, Angela was an Administrative Law Judge for the Indiana Department of Workforce Development for two years and presided over thousands of unemployment insurance appeals during that time.

Angela served in the Army Reserves from June 1993 to June 2001 as a Military Police Officer. She continues to serve in her community as a Girl Scout Leader, a Carmel Lion and is a board member for GiGi’s Playhouse.

Tabatha Robinson

Tabatha Renee Robinson has been a practicing attorney since 2019.

She focuses on family law, including divorce, paternity, child support, child custody, and parenting time. She also practices in protective orders and guardianships.

Tabatha is licensed to practice law in Indiana. She serves as a Guardian ad Litem in Marion and Hamilton County.

Tabatha interned at the Marion County Prosecutors Office during law school in the courts that handle major felony domestic violence as well as misdemeanor domestic violence.
